Online marketing Manager

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in online marketing for top ranked websites in Vietnam or international markets
- Minimum of 2 years in management roles
- Prefer candidates that can demonstrate successful case studies from past projects
- Advanced knowledge of web analytical tools (Google Analytics), keyword bidding platforms, HTML/XML, Excel
- Basic knowledge of web development technologies
- Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset
- Fast learning and adaptability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading successful cross-functional teams, achieving goals on-time and on-budget

- Define strategy and implementation plan across all online marketing channels
- Ensures SEO best practices are being utilized during all website design and development efforts
- Manages SEO, link building and affiliate marketing relationships
- Optimize website content and to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experience
- Analyze data from Google Analytics to understand web traffic, trends, goals, campaigns and web site usability, and create frequent reports that drive marketing decisions
- Uses usability studies and market research to improve website design and usability
- Identify opportunity for increased conversion and drive sales
- Uses SEM tactics to improve site traffic and manage all key word advertising initiatives
- Create programs and promotions on top ranked social media platforms, forums, blogs, and online community websites to raise awareness, engagement, and conversion to VNG’s e-commerce products
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to implement email/SMS marketing campaigns
- Leverage relationships with other VNG’s web properties in order to convert and optimize web traffic to e-commerce websites
- Manage and track online marketing budget
- Stays up to date and coach junior members on online marketing best practices
- Manage project plans, schedules, assignments, and team members for all online marketing initiatives
- Assess performance and create individual development plan for each team member
