The long awaited second site from MatrixMails is now fully launched. With that said I would also remind everyone that MatrixMails this past year has had problems with PayPal, and they ended up losing their paypal account at MatrixMails. For what reason, we are not sure. With that said, I would take it slow with any investment till we are sure that they can maintain and keep a paypal account with this site. For now the site will be added to the Ongoing Investigations List for at least 6 months if not more. Here are the pros and cons of this site:


PROS:

1. Forum -
Forums are great for communication between members and staff. Members can post payment proofs, get support, and stay up to date on changes made to the site. You can find their forum here:

2. Unlimited Direct Referrals - There are no limits on how many referrals you can have. Great for promoters and those who can refer a lot of people.
3. All Countries Accepted - So far there are no restrictions and all can join and earn from this site. Will update if this changes.
4. Instant Payments -
AlertPay payments are at this time being sent instantly. However we
noticed paypal cashout are done manually. We received our paypal payment within the hour. If you don't receive your paypal payment after you cashout, then wait at least 24hrs as their terms states. Instant payments are a great option for any site to have. No more waiting days or weeks for something you rightfully earned.
5. Fixed Minimum Cashout
- $2 is the set minimum cashout. From what we can see the minimum
cashout will not increase after your first cashout. Currently the
cashout is set for $1 for first 3 cashouts, as a promotion that may end at any time.
6. Registered Company - This does not insure the site will not
scam, but it is positive step. Note that there are sites that have
registered and have gone scam. So do not put too much faith in a site
that is a registered company. It is only a positive and that the owner
might be serious about running his/her site.

7. Established Owner - As stated earlier, same owner of MatrixMails that has been online and paying since 2002. Site is currently on our Elite List.

CONS:

1. New Site -
We do not recommend investing or buying upgrades on new sites. For at least 6 months, if not a year. If you can't wait that long, at least
test and get paid first before you decide to invest.

The main reason why we see this as a downside is due to the large number of new sites that go through many sudden changes during their first 6 months. Changes anywhere from rates per click, payment processor issues (paypal limitations), and payment wait times. New sites notorious for changing their terms. Why we do not recommend investing on new sites.

PTCBox appears to have potential to be a great site. Our only concern is whether or not the site can keep their paypal account going. For now we will just have to wait and see. We would recommend that you fully test this site before making investment. Site will be placed on the Ongoing Investigations List for at least 6 months.
